By the time it is everywhere, it is over.

Every seller here is looking at the same feed, the same videos, the same suppliers. When a product finally shows up in Norway, the margin has already gone to whoever moved first. The gap between a product working in the US and landing here is where the money is — and it is usually weeks wide.

How it works

Three steps, and the third one is the one nobody else gives you.

  1. 01

    We sweep, every day

Skoutly pulls live ads from Meta's Ad Library across the US and Australia, groups them by product, and tracks how long each one has been running.

  2. 02

    You filter for proof

Sort by days running, active ad count, creative format or call-to-action. Nobody keeps paying to run an ad that loses money — time on air is the strongest evidence there is.

  3. 03

    You move first

Check whether a product is live in Norway yet with one click. If nobody is running it here, you know exactly how big your head start is.

What you get on every product

Days running

The one number that cannot be faked. An ad that has run 90 days is paying for itself.

Active ad count

How hard the advertiser is pushing, and whether they are scaling or stopping.

The actual creatives

Watch the videos that are working, full size, and open the original listing on Meta.

Store analysis

Read the seller's public catalogue: how many products, what they charge, what they added last.

Norway check

On demand, per product. Is it here yet, or is the run still open?

Filters that matter

Format, button, status, duration, ad count, momentum, market and free-text search.

Straight answers

Three things we deliberately do not show you, and why.

No ad spend

Meta only reports spend for EU and UK ads. Printing a number for a US ad would mean inventing it.

No revenue estimates

Nobody can see another store's revenue. Any tool showing you one is guessing, and dressing the guess up as data.

No likes or shares

The Ad Library does not publish engagement at all. Days running tells you more than a like count ever did.

For e-com founders, by e-com founders.

Skoutly is built by people who have spent seven years selling online and have helped more than 1,000 sellers get a store off the ground. This is the tool we wanted and could not buy: no invented metrics, no hundred-million-ad marketing number — just the products that are genuinely running, and how long they have lasted.

One plan. No tiers.

Everything is included. The only question is whether it pays for itself, and one product does.

Questions

Where does the data come from?
Meta's Ad Library — the public record of every ad running on Facebook and Instagram. We sweep the US and Australia every day and group the ads by product.
Why not sweep Norway too?
Because browsing Norway only shows you what everyone here can already see. Norway is checked on demand, per product, so you learn whether the specific product you found has arrived yet.
What about TikTok and Pinterest?
Coming. Meta first, because it is where direct-response money still concentrates and its ad library is genuinely public.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. The trial runs 7 days and you will not be charged if you cancel before it ends.

Someone is already selling it.

The only question is whether they are selling it here yet.
